12 Bible Verses When You Want to Feel Loved Loved: Adjective. Held in deep affection; cherished. I know Valentine's Day was Wednesday, but I felt drawn to still do a post about God's love. It's too amazing not to! Love isn't just for Valentine's Day, love should be shown every day and in every little moment. Many people don't feel loved. They feel because they don't have a significant other in their lives that they don't know what love is, but John 15:13 says, “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” God's love for us is so strong. He bared the weight of our sins on His shoulders, He paid our price, so that we could live free. It doesn’t seem fair that an innocent Man paid a debt that I owed. But I thank God that He did. What more could you ask for in a Friend? I’m in awe of His love and grace. John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” He died so that I could live. ❤️ My heart gets little butterflies, and chills run up my arms just as I think about it. I’m in love with Jesus and how He cares for me. So underserving -I am- but I’m so glad that I am so loved. So, no you don't have to have a boyfriend/girlfriend to be loved. You have been loved since the beginning of time by your Creator! How amazing is that? Scroll down for Bible Verses when you want to feel loved. XOXO. Keep Smiling, rosepetalsandfaith <3 |
