First week of the New Year everyone's like "YESSSSS A NEW BEGINNING!" The second week is a little more blah, and the next week it's not as exciting. I'm here to encourage you, and help you stay motivated this Monday with five tips as we begin our second week of 2018.
1.) Continuing Doing What's Right
In a world that's full of cruelty and immoral ways, continue to do right. God will bless you abundantly. You don't realize how many people are looking for a light and a way out, you may be their only light. So keep shining. :)
2.) Stay Healthy
The Bible says your body is a literal temple of the Lord. He's blessed you with this life, so treat it well so you can live as long as possible on this earth. Not only physically, but mentally and spiritually. Live according to God's Word and dwell on His Words and promises in the Bible. This will help your joy be full, and help you live a happy, healthy life. ;)
3.) Think Of Each Day As A Blessing
Not only is a New Year a blessing, but so is a new day. A new day filled with new opportunities that God has in store for you. Don't take it for granted. <3
4.) Stay Organized!!
I know you bought that planner for 2018, and those storage bins, and those files for your cabinet. Follow through with it! Staying organized has honestly saved me so much time when I'm in a hurry. You can really benefit by keep on schedule and keeping things in place. If God was orderly when He loaded all the Animals on Noah's Ark, I think we can try our best to stay organized with our lives, rooms and houses.
5.) Enjoy Life.
Life's short. Everyone knows it. God's given you this life to enjoy it in Him. Life is simply too short to live it uptight...so dance a little, and have some fun.
Remember these tips as you go about your week. The New Year isn't all about losing weight and pleasing yourself. Help yourself physically, and mentally, but most importantly, spiritually. Your life is more than just a space filler in this world. You are a chosen one by God. Take that thought into 2018. :)
