I’m not a breakfast person, but I will tell you this…this dish will transform you into one for at least a morning! This is such a super simple recipe for breakfast, and so many nights I’ve made this ahead of time just so I can grab and go of a morning. It’s so filling and full of flavor!

1 bag of frozen hash browns
1 roll of sausage
1 bag of shredded cheese
Step 1: Place your frozen hash browns in a lightly greased baking dish.
Step 2: Chop and brown sausage in a skillet, once done, place them on top of your hash browns.
Step 3: Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top and all over the sausage and potatoes.
Step 4: Scramble 1-2 eggs in a separate bowl, then pour the yokes evenly over everything else.
Step 5: Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are brown and your eggs are done.
Step 6: ENJOY!! This will for sure brighten up your morning along with a cold glass of orange juice and some fruit!
