Crescent rolls can literally be used for anything these days. It's absolutely crazy the things you can make with a can of dough! Scroll down to find out how to make yummy cheesecake out of crescent rolls!
• 2: 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
• 2: 8 ounce packages of crescent rolls
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• 1/8 cup of sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Cheesecake bar directions:
1.) Unroll 1 package of crescent rolls and pat it out on the bottom of an ungreased 13x9 inch pan.
2.) With a mixer, cream together the cream cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla.
3.) Evenly pour the mixture over patted crescent rolls in pan.
4.) Unroll the second package of crescent rolls and place the sheet of them over the cream cheese mixture in the pan. So you're basically covering up everything up with a second layer of crescent rolls. (Try to pat it out to cover as much as possible.)
1.) Mix together sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
2.) Sprinkle all over the top of the cheesecake bars.
3.) Bake at 350° Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
4.) Let it cool before cutting and enjoy!
This dessert with a glass of milk is to die for! I absolutely love how the crescent rolls add a certain texture to the cheesecake filling, and then to top it off with cinnamon is the icing on top of the cake!
