Easy, Yummy Oatmeal Cinnamon Muffins!! Ever get sick of the same old cereal or toast every morning? That's how I felt, so I found this recipe...and let me tell you, it's absolutely perfect for breakfast with a large glass of milk! It's also on the healthier side, buuuut it tastes amazing!! • 2 cups of flour
• 1 cup of Quaker Oats
• 1/2 cup of sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
• 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
• 1 egg
• 1 stick of butter (melted)
• 1 cup of milk
1.) Mix the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. (flour, oats, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon)
2.) Add the milk, egg and melted butter to the dry ingredients.
3.) Stir all of the ingredients, being careful not to overstir.
4.) Spoon the muffin batter into a sprayed muffin tin (cupcake tin).
5.) Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
6.) Enjoy the muffins with a tall glass of milk or some coffee!!
Extra: You could also add blueberries, cut up strawberries, apples, bananas, chocolate chips, to the recipe. Anything like that would be divine! ;)
