Dying to try a new way to fix your regular chicken breasts? Sick of the same old chicken? I guarantee this new way to fix your chicken will have your mouth watering and you’ll be running to your kitchen cabinets for the ingredients in seconds! This is such a super simple, easy to follow recipe that even I can do it! My family goes crazy about it and there’s really nothing hard about it! So let’s cut to the chase, for tender chicken breasts, covered in crunchy French fried onions, drizzled with melted butter on top...scroll down!!!
Ingredients for delicious Crunchy Baked Chicken:
1 tablespoon of milk
1 can of French-Fried Onions, finely crushed
¾ cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper
3-4 pounds of chicken breasts or chicken tenderloins
2 tablespoons of butter melted
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine egg and milk in a bowl and gently whisk until blended.
In a separate bowl combine your French-Fried Onions, parmesan cheese, dry bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper and mix well.
Next, dip your chicken in your egg mixture then roll it around in your dry mixture to coat the chicken.
Place the chicken in a baking dish (If I have left overs of my dry mixture, this is normally where I pour the rest of it on top. Just for more of a crunch and savory taste!), drizzle your melted butter on top.
Bake for 45-60 minutes, until golden brown and crispy, as well as the chicken completely done.
Once done, take out of oven, let cool and enjoy! Sometimes I like mine with a side of ketchup, but honestly, it’s just as delicious without! This is something I always enjoy making and serving, because you cannot go wrong with this recipe; and I’ll continue to keep making it! Hope you guys enjoy, happy baking and God bless! Until next time...
