Last week I shared my Momma's meatloaf recipe with you; this week I'll be sharing her amazing chili with you! It has a nice spice/kick to it that adds so much more to the regular idea of chili. Find out how to make this mouthwatering, spicy chili by scrolling down!!
Ingredients: 2 lbs. ground chuck 1 large onion 1 tsp. of minced garlic 1 green bell pepper (diced) 1 large can of tomato sauce 2 cans of diced tomatoes with jalapeño peppers 1/2 a bottle of chili sauce 1 tbsp. of chili powder 1 tsp. of cumin 1 tsp. of garlic powder 1 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce 2 cans of hot chili beans Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp. of sugar (or to taste) Directions: 1.) Brown the burger with 1/3 of the onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. 2.) Drain the fat off. 3.) In a large pot add the remains ingredients and stir. 4.) Add burger to the large pot and cook on low for 1 and 1/2 hours. 5.) While cooking, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, or add how much to your liking. 6.) Let Cool, and enjoy! Happy Cooking and God Bless!
