To be quite frank with you, I hated meatloaf...until I had this recipe. It's probably up there with some of my favorite dishes now! And I thought to myself...why not share it with my lovely readers?
• 2 pounds of hamburger
• 1 can of Hunts tomato sauce for meatloaf
• 1 onion
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup of brown sugar
• 1 cup of oats
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 bottle of ketchup
1.) Mix all of your ingredients except the ketchup in a large bowl, until well blended.
2.) Spread the mixture into a baking dish evenly.
3.) Pour the ketchup on top.
4.) Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
5.) Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately one and a half hours, or until brown on bottom.
You must be thinking, "That's it?!" Yes indeed it is! It's a super simple recipe, and it's absolutely divine! Try it out and you won't be disappointed!
Happy Baking and God Bless!
(Ps. For all of my advice readers, there will not be a blog post Friday sadly. I will be on vacation, and enjoying God's creation. I will be back next Monday for another post! So remember, you're beautiful. I love you. But most importantly, God loves you. Let Him guide and direct your life and it will be so much better than what you had planned. <3 )
