The first thing you must realize is that you were made in God's own image. (Genesis 1:27 says so.) You were fearfully and wonderfully designed (Psalm 139:14) by a God who loved you enough to put you on this earth. He made a specific purpose for you. Which goes into my next point. Her strength may be stronger than yours, but what is your strength? I guarantee that you can do something that she cannot because God has designed you like no other person. She may be able to reach out in her community and help others personally, whereas you might be able to reach a Christian Faith based audience over social media. She may be able to sing well and maybe you weren't gifted that talent, but you can play the piano beautifully. Don't interpret what I'm saying as a way to boost your pride or make you feel as though you're better than her. We're trying to get out of the rut of comparison, remember? I simply mean this: You weren't made to be her, you were made to be you. God had a plan when He designed you. He made a specific purpose, just for you. How cool is it to know that? You may not be her, but you sure are you. Discover through much prayer and thorough studying of God's Word as to who God wants you to be. God reassures you through the Bible of who you are and why you're here. You just have to be willing to dig in. I would recommend the book of Psalm, Song of Solomon, Romans. Read John 17:20-23 where Jesus prays specifically for you and I. The Bible is full of love and Truth to feed us and give us what our souls need. The note I want to end on is this... Colossians 3:23-24 says this: "And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ." God gave you a specific purpose. I encourage you, do it for Him. Don't seek the validation and praise of others, because man will let you down, God will not. Don't worry about others. Your life is for God, not for her. You were meant to be you because God knew you could handle this life through His strength. I encourage you friend, don't seek for the things of others. God has blessed you abundantly with your talents, your chosen friends and family, and your beauty...inside and outside. God chose you (2 Thessalonians 2:13).
